Freedom Contracting Network was initially established in March of 2015 in Norfolk, VA. After an attempt to jump into the janitorial industry, our launch was challenged with minimum opportunities and limited company resources. After this failed attempt, after much prayer and more preparation, the company was re-launched in June of 2016. Freedom was under a new vision, driving force, and layers of aquired resources. This time, we were determined to push through and succeed, no matter what!
We landed our first seasonal contract cleaning vacation properties in the section Sandbridge of Virginia Beach, VA. We began to grow at a rapid pace after working for a number of known realty agencies.
Experiencing this rapid growth was uncommon to our management team becuase we were so new in the industry, but, we had to make some fast changes to accommendate this rapid growth. The company began to hire more employees, subcontractors, and temps. Experiencing this growth, we desired to streamline our safety training along with our proceedures. We wanted our teams to be comfortable, safe, and educated on industry standard.
Since our humble beginning, we have evolved into a small business who is a competitor in the janitorial industry. We have cleaned in various industries and different types of cleaning.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we remained on the front line servicing our clients. We immediately improved our disinfecting packages to fight against the corona virus in work spaces. Our company has serviced offices, churches, schools, banks, and more with our special electrostic sprayers. These additional services accommendated small and large business during the pandemic.
Like any business, there have been ups and downs. We are grateful for more ups, then downs.
